La CEDHJ rechaz\u00f3 de plano mi queja sobre las sistem\u00e1ticas violaciones de derechos humanos que en Guadalajara se est\u00e1n a diario cometiendo contra miles de personas en estado de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n

Y la polic\u00eda de Guadalajara sigue acos\u00e1ndome. La Fiscal\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n, como ya he demostrado de sobra, es extremadamente corrupta, y, al igual que la CEDHJ, hasta se burla cuando all\u00ed trato de denunciar los abusos del gobierno de Guadalajara.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed que ma\u00f1ana, tras hacer algunos peque\u00f1os pero importantes preparativos, enviar\u00e9 el siguiente email a los gobiernos de 30 de los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s civilizados y a un buen n\u00famero, a la vez, de los m\u00e1s independientes peri\u00f3dicos del mundo, con copia al presidente de M\u00e9xico:<\/p>\n

Hello, I am Roberto Patron. I am writing to report extremely serious and systematic human rights violations every day committed against thousands of extremely vulnerable persons in a city called Guadalajara, in the state of Jalisco, in Mexico.<\/p>\n

I am a scientific researcher and human rights defender, and the creator of a theory in which I present around 10 really revolutionary scientific discoveries, which I call Theory of Universal Equilibrium, and if you have not heard about it it is only because I have until now published only a summary about it, due to lack of money and time to continue in it, because of being all time trying to defend myself and other people against extremely abusive human rights violations committed by the governments here.<\/p>\n

And that summary, moreover, the same as all my other text files reporting human rights violations are being censored in the server where I published them, in the permanent campaign against human rights that Internet Archive is carrying out.<\/p>\n

I need URGENTLY now to report these very serious human rights violations before some foreign or international authorities, because in Mexico many people are being tortured and are dying and being disappeared killed by Guadalajara and Jalisco governments.<\/p>\n

Here there are thousands of people eating every day garbage and around two thousands of homeless people who is being every day tortured, disappeared, killed, deprived, persecuted and harassed by Guadalajara government.<\/p>\n

I have published thousands of photographs, videos, audio files and texts (reports and articles) about it, and I have many more that up to now I have been unable to publish due to lack of time and money. I am also a homeless, and I am every day suffering extreme abuses by Guadalajara government and its police for two years.<\/p>\n

Please, don’t reply any recommendation of seeking for legal justice taking the normal steps for it, because these steps here, as I have already amply proven, are riddled with corruption and are extremely slow, when we need help URGENTLY, not within years or months, but RIGHT NOW!! PLEASE!!<\/p>\n
